How to incorporate quotations into a body paragraph

STEP !- TOPIC SENTENCE (topic- position-reason)
STEP 2- More explanation of topic sentence
STEP 3- Intro the quote- Briefly paraphrase a summary of the quote.  
STEP 4- THE QUOTE
STEP 5 - MLA Citation - (Steinbeck54)
STEP 6- Tie the quote back to the Topic sentence. Tell how the quote proves or supports your point. 

REPEAT STEPS 3-6 for a second quotation. 
​STEP 7- Conclusion sentence or transitional sentence that finds a "Link" in the finished paragraphs & the idea in the next body paragraph. idea
